In my neighbourhood theres alot of black people from dark to light.Well we were taling on the phone and he goes is that your reall color im like what and he like your skin im like yeah and he like i've never seen someone with brown skin be4.And this guy is a light skin guy and his whole family is dark so his seen black people be4 what was he getting at is it a compliment or what!

It depends.But if I were you, I wouldnt take it personally.Though its not very polite to ask people on their skin.
