Can anyone help please?!!!?

To make a long story short my bf downloaded a skin on his Motorola v360 and then the phone just started to reboot. There is no image on the screen but the light keeps flickering, like it's trying to turn on. Does anyone know how to restore the factory settings if the phone is connected to a computer via USB or directly from the phone allthough I can't fully turn it on? Thanks

you cant do a master reset unless you can see the screen. if this happened when he had it connected to the comp via data cable then it is the incorrect use of the data cable that caused it and you now have a white out screen. ur best best is to disconnect the usb by ending it on the comp first then remove the battery leave it out for a few put it back i and turn it back on.. if that doesnt work then unfortunatly there is nothing else you can do. at ths point i think the screen is fried though..unfortunatly i have seen it happen many many times***********************************...





OK the only other thing i can suggest is to call your provider and see if they can send updates to yor phone.. the purposed of the updates is not to fix the screen but I have seen it happen before
