Why would he think being an acholic is pleasant and conventional? What is anesthetic? What are apathy and urgency? Why does he have to phone them in. how does he phone them in? What does he mean by a therapeutic chain of events? What isn’t normal? What he mean by “we deal”? what does he mean by decorated emergency?
