Reply:I'd hafta see another picture, 'cos the picture is tinted pink/red, but your skin tone might be too warm to go that cold (plat blonde) your hair is a very pretty color right now, but if you did want to go lighter, it's still possible - look for a lighter shade that has "warm" or "gold" in the name, or the box says it's a warm color. BUT I MIGHT BE WAY OFF 'cos i am not sure of the actual colors since the pic is off-color-
if your skin has pink tones in it, go warm. if it is cooler, go cooler. Cool shades will be marked as "ash" on the box.

Don't know what to do.?
I don't know what to do anymore.
My younger brother is the devil on earth.
He's 13 and screams and shouts.
He tried to drown me once.
He makes my parents cranky.
It seems like they take it out on me.
I was screamed at for answering the phone wrong.
I'm not good looking.
I have 3 friends.
I talk to my friends about this all.
It helps, until they have to stop talking.
I feel like I'm in a hole that I can't get out of.
A few days ago I dug my fingernails in my skin
until they bled.
I need a healthy alternative to this.
Anything to help with the constant
emotional pain I'm in.
Don't know what to do.?

But concerning your brother, ( who'd I'd trade for a dog if I were you) you shouldn't be the one to be blamed for. Your parents are suffering just as much as you are, and probably even more, that they have jobs-- so as much as it hurts, try to ignore when they blame you. Besides, your brother reached the puberty age so, it happens.
I bet that you're pretty good looking... considering that your not an abominable snowman, but not marylin monoroe either. You're not the only one... and even if you aren't the way you want to be, be happy that you're not fully grown yet.
Your friends aren't good listeners, either. You've got your life in the mud, but surely that is not your destiny. You've got a whole life ahead of you. At least you have 3 friends... there are people that are complete outsiders. I suggest you focus on your school... some way or another, by avoiding evil teachers and stupid bullies, I used to find education a "safe haven" where I could escape my troubles for a while. I am sorry, Im no help, but you'll have to find a way on your own.

Scary dream....a 10ft alligator was chasing me then decided to shed its skin! (I watched this from afar) Once he was done, he then resumed chasing me (based on my scent), but could not find me cause I hid. And to top it off, I was on the cell phone the entire time!

Please help me feel better from a staph infection! I don't seem to be getting better.?
I am feeling so ill that I feel sad and possibly depressed. I really want to find something to help me feel better. I was diagnosed with a staph infection and given a week's worth of antibiotics. I am on Imuran from a kidney transplant 3 years ago. I had swollen lymph nodes all over, a blinding headache, and a stiff neck. I went to the doctor, and he said that, plus boils (I just though I was having an acne breakout) was staph from being on Imuran. Since then, I have been having unbearable symptoms. I don't feel rested after sleeping or napping, skin is peeling and feels sunbruned near some of the pimpes I drained, nausea that makes me carry a bucket, headache, itching red rash in several places, etc. Now my whole back is stiff. The worst part is that I feel like I am freezing and do not have a fever and have an insatiable craving for powdered donuts. I don't know if my thermometer is broken, but it showed between 97.1 and 97.6 all day today. My doctor isn't returning my phone calls :^
Please help me feel better from a staph infection! I don't seem to be getting better.?

Reply:Watching funny videos on the internet and reading some good old jokes and riddles helps me feel better when I'm sick but I've never been as sick as you but maybe a good distraction like reading a book can take your mind off of things! It might be hard to concentrate but it will still be better than just sitting or sleeping all day trying to wait it out! Another possibility is to watch a good movie or something you like! Maybe call a friend! Try to get active "not like sports and stuff but like walk around a bit". Try to stretch your legs and stuff. I know it stinks having staph and I hope you feel better but the best thing to do in order to get over the symptoms that effect your mind is to just get a good distraction and stick to it! A fun thing I always find is playing chess or checkers against the computer! I hope you feel better!

I know that transplant patients have to take anti rejection drugs for the rest of their lives so perhaps the Imuran isn't the best one for you and others are available that will give you some relief. The symptoms you describe sound like an immune deficiency to me but, I'm not a doctor. I do know that eating fruits and vegetables that are grown near where a person lives, gives them a greater immunity to irritants but this may be lame when a kidney transplant is involved. Animal products, as far as I'm concerned, will only add to your problems because of the additives they contain. Personally, I've been a vegetarian for over 25 years and I can't remember the last time I had even so much as a cold. Again, find a doctor who is more sympathetic than the one you wrote about. I hope you get better soon. I'd hug you if I could.

Have you definitely been diagnosed with staph?
Have you been diagnosed with MRSA
Has blood work been done?
What Meds have been prescribed.
The Imuran was most likely the contributing factor to the Staph (if indeed you have it). How long have you been taking it and have you ever had adverse reactions to it.
You mentioned something about what you thought were pimples, have they been drained, and are they what lead your doctor to the diagnosis?
Answer those questions above and I will edit this post.

My name is Bria and i'm 12 years old. I have a older sister her name is Vanessa she's 15 years old. We are always arguing. We get along sometimes. And she is always on the phone and my friends call and she tell them i will call them back and she never tells me that any of my friends call thats what i hate. Sometimes i hit her and she hit me back. I let my nails grow so that when she scratch me with her nails i can scratch her back. With over 70,000,000,000,000,000,00 stars in the universe it's statistically impossible to be the only species in the universe. Do you think there's other species out there? Do you think we could be under the microscope by a more advanced civilization?
I think if we were under the microscope from a more technologically advanced species they'd be watching us for a reason....So we won't destroy other civilizations. Think about it, we can't even live collectively due to differing religious beliefs and different pigments of skin. How in the world would we treat someone with huge eyes and and a unicorn sticking out they're forehead?
Secondly, try not to belittle the forces of technology or science by saying it takes a thousand light years to get from Point A to Point B using high octane rocket fuel. A couple of hundred years ago we would have been calling a cell phone magic, and 777s mystical dragons.

The Ocean obviously moved, and discovery is always true (a long time ago they said dolphins eat people?!). Is there life out there? Yes and probaly closer than we think. We assume life needs our conditions to exist, but this is almost certainly not true. Still it seems like it would have to be around where we are in a galaxy (to close to the center and it get's to hot). I don't think it needs to be where we are in our solar system though. Carl Sagan explained how life could've formed on Jupiter. I don't think any species has ever visited our planet, because life that intelligent probaly would be rare (mabey not). Well and about technology and the future. yes we increased the speed that we get from point A to point B with airplanes about two to five hundred times what it used to be, but to get to the nearest solar syster in a life time you would have to increse your speed by let's see fastest Rocket Ship 10km/s about time 1000 10000 Km/s 30X4.3 279 years /3 73 years so 3000 times what it is now. To get to the closest solar system in about seventy years. That's six times what the whole human history did. I'm not saying it's not possible but it's unlikely.

I’ll try this one more time.. Last weekend my fiance of a year and a half told me she was going to sleep. I knew better by the tone of her voice(She’s told white lies before that were purely innocent, so I kind of can tell when she’s lying sometimes). I went to her house and saw a silver truck outside. I never seen it before. I tried calling but her phone was off. I waited for her and the truck came back and dropped her off. A guy was driving. I confronted her and she got angry and insulted that I didn't trust her. She said it was her girlfriends(from work) boyfriend driving and her g/f was passed out in the backseat. I was mad, but trusted her because she's always been very honest and a conservative catholic. THEN a week later some guy approached me all sympathetic. Asked if I was dating Carmen, I said yes. he said she was over at his friends house drinking and had given the three of them blowjobs. I wanted to kill him. I went to her work, found a silver truck that resembled the one I saw that night, and it was a girl driving that was her friend, but I don't know if it was the same truck for sure..

I hate my roommate and can't switch rooms?
so, it's my first year of college and I'm having some roommate trouble. She seems well-meaning, but she's SO condescending and self-righteous. She didn't drink before college %26amp; ever since she found out that I have a past of mild drug use she acts like she's better %26amp; more responsible then me. She calls me "hon" which I for one find to be very condescending %26amp; she uses these annoying nicknames that I hate. She talks on the phone really loud with her mom or sister when I'm in the room. She makes really tactless comments, like the other day she was like "Oh my god, hon, you can she your veins right under your skin on your feet". in front of everyone. She also thinks she acts as some kind of maternal figure to me, she actually said "Oh my god, I'm so like a mom for you" She even started washing my pillowcase. it seems nice, sure, but I NEVER asked her to do that. Today while in church I had a phone call which I didn't answer and they left a message and it was from Hollister that I was being offered the possition (model) that I had applied 2 weeks ago and I called back and they told me to go to my orientation tomorrow.
What I want to know is what to expect, what do they do during the orientation, what should I ask, etc... do you like working there? is the people nice? benefits and please tell me everything overall.
I am very happy because I got this job so I want to know everything. By the way, I don't think they're racist as many people say because I am hispanic and have dark skin with and I am not skinny unlike many of the girls who works there and I got the job anyways.

My first pap smear cam back abnormal?
I had my first pap smear a couple weeks ago. I was sent a letter in the mail saying that it came back normal, but then today I got a phone call from the nurse saying she sent me the wrong letter and that my test was abnormal and she made me make another appointment for a colposcopy.
A couple weeks leading up to my first pap smear, I had had a mild rash show up inside my labia that kinda looked like tastebuds and they itched really bad. The tiny bumps were still visible when I went in for the test, but when I pointed it out to the Doctor she said that everything looked fine and that the bumps were just part of the natural skin texture down there. So anywho, I'm scared now since the pap smear came back abnormal...could it be HPV? I've only had sex 3 times, used a condom EVERY time. And the bumps I had were not blisters, and the doctor said they looked fine. So what could be the problem!?

Hello all. There is this woman i really really like. She has gotten under my skin like no one before. We dont meet together but i meet her regularly through work. I asked her out for a drink last week. She said she would like to go but that she was really busy with thanksgiving etc and to call her in a few weeks. She passed me her business card with cell phone written on the back. I am thinking of asking her out tomorrow. This is one week after i asked her out - hopefull she doesnt think im pestering her. Im woried that im wasting my time anyway - if she was really interested she would have accepted my invitation last week. Like i said im really into her - it will hurt if she turns me down. Any thoughts/advice would be welcome.

Set up a motion activated light outside (and inside if you can)
Get a good alarm service.
Carry a cellular phone.

Compartmentalize your house such that individual sections can be locked off from the inside.
Choose a safe room (such as a bedroom with adjoined bath), which can be surveyed in a single glance. If you have doors on your closet, remove them.
Always enter the room weapon ready. Lock the door. Do a thorough search of the room.
Have battery powered lamps as well as food stored in your safe room.

How to deal with the emotional ups and downs when my husband left me and my kids?
I am emotional and physically drained from him. He is playing head games with me and my children. He threatens me with not paying the bills, while he left me hanging with a house and kids and animals to take care of. He continuously shoots me down as soon as i get on my feet. He calls me to argue with me and he knows it get under my skin. I still love him and miss him but am very angry with the hurt and pain he has caused me and the kids. Why am I feeling this way, I want it over with, I dont want this feeling anymore. He says why couldnt I be a wife, nothing else comes out of it. He calls me to check up on me then says for me to stop bothering him. I dont even pick up the phone to call him for anything because he brings me right down when im feeling ok. He calls me all sorts of names and accuses me of all sorts of things, thens says he could give a rats *** what I do. I dont get it. How could someone be so evil. He is a very hard person to talk to, he brushes everything off

Well first of all I think he isn't over you, why else would he bother you although he most likely wants to be over to you but he just can't seem to do it. So therefore he feels that if he down talks you and make you feel bad then it will get him what he wants but it doesnt so he keeps doing it. But the trick is when he trys to put you down you need to come back with something that way he may be caught of guard and will give up this rudeness. Well until next time when he thinks he can attack you but you can't let him know that it gets to you act as if you can take it and come up with your own insult.
Reply:when my hubby left me i was down, but i had a male friend that encouraged me to get out there, and start talking to my old friends, and hang out with them, so i did that, i never even cried when he left, i was sorta relieved that he did leave, then he calls and bugs me, and always seeing what i was doing, i say why does it matter were not together remember you left me, but of course, were back together, and doing better then ever, but one of theses days he will do it again, and cheat.
Reply:i have been thru the same emotional rollercoaster you are on now. he will do it as long as you allow him to do it. when he threatens you with this or that, well think about the worst that could happen, accept that it may happen, and tell him to kiss off. let him sit and stew awhile and wonder where you finally got your backbone from. its a hard hard road to get up and pick up the pieces. especially if you are relying on him for financial stability. when he calls, let the kids answer and talk to him. if he is calling to check up on you, cut him off as soon as he ask, by saying, oh crap, i will have to call you right back, and hang up, then dont call back. sometimes, a mediator is a way to talk. i had to have a friend of mine get involved for a little while, as much as i hated to do so. he knows just what buttons to push, with you and he will do it until he is no longer permitted to do so. you have to get strong and hard. how can someone be so evil? well he didnt get that way over night!
Reply:sounds to me like he has some issues sweetie. I can't say I haven't been there though. First off you need ot go to family court and get him on a visitation schedule and get child support. Then if I was you I would let him talk to voicemail. Tell him look you left you made the choice to hurt me and the kids like this now I am done with the games. I am sure that you still love him but honestly is he acting like he loves you? There are programs out there to help you with bills and ect. Go to the Department of family and children services and get what you can to get you through to get you on your feet, they have food stamps, wic, medicaid ect. It will keep you from having to depend on someone who is not dependable right now. Then you and the kids get some counseling, and make yourselves feel better. He is the one with the issues sweetie. Now he has left you no choice but to be there for your kids. I know it's hard so I reccomend counseling and there is usually support groups for you and in school for the kids. It will be a rough road but once you get over it and used to it YOU WILL be a stronger woman and amazed at what you have made it through.
