People who works at Hollister!!!! (and people who don't) help please!?

Today while in church I had a phone call which I didn't answer and they left a message and it was from Hollister that I was being offered the possition (model) that I had applied 2 weeks ago and I called back and they told me to go to my orientation tomorrow.

What I want to know is what to expect, what do they do during the orientation, what should I ask, etc... do you like working there? is the people nice? benefits and please tell me everything overall.

I am very happy because I got this job so I want to know everything. By the way, I don't think they're racist as many people say because I am hispanic and have dark skin with and I am not skinny unlike many of the girls who works there and I got the job anyways.

People who works at Hollister!!!! (and people who don't) help please!?
Hey, you answered my question just a while ago and you told me to answer your question...sorry to say but i really dont know..all i know is that i LOVE hollister and im addicted to it..hahaha.....o yeah, i know what you mean by the racist thing, ppl who work there ARE NOT racist so i dont know what other ppl are talking about.....congratulations and i hope it will work out for you!!
Reply:Chill out. You'll be fine. Orientation is when they show you what is where and who is who, bits and ieces about the job. Hollister - if you're talking about central California - is a small agricultural place, nice people, easy going, lots of Hispanics, no racism. I have no idea about benefits in that company, but you'll know soon enough. Like I said, you'll be just fine.
Reply:I think you will do great! I never really thought they were racist, but I did notice that they never really had many different races of people shopping, working, or modeling there. So it is GREAT that you are modeling there. They can be a little rude there, but once you get to know them they are fine. They don't really deal with alot of your own personal issues with the store or whatever. So, beware of this. They aren't exactly what I would call "sweet hearted" when it comes to what you need. lol. But good luck!!!!!!
