Middle School Drama











"Mother!" called Heidi. "Mom?!" Heidi groaned again. "I'm gonna be late for the first day day of school if you don't get out of the shower!" Heidi's mom came rushing out of the bathroom."Sorry, I was to busy making me look good for you." her mom declared. "Well your not going to make me look good if I'm late for the first day of school, and I promised Ruby and Hazel we'd pick them up!" protested Heidi. Ruby and Hazel were her best friends for years.Ruby was the all for everything kinda girl, while Hazel like to get her way sometimes.It was the best of both worlds. Heidi was a girl who looked like she was on the cover of Cosmo Farie. She had long, beautiful, wavy, blonde hair with pale skin and blue eyes. Hazel was a dark-colored skin girl, with darker straight brown hair and eyes. She could be bossy sometimes. Ruby was a tan skin and beautiful honey brown hair girl with, no doubt, hazel eyes like her mom. She give everything to be an actress.Now, back to what's happening.Heidi was about to rush out the door when she remembered something. "Mom," said Heidi."You forgot to put clothes on!Ugh!". Heidi hated being late. Her mom quicky put on some shorts and a tank top and they left.Heidi stared at her mom in disgust."Oh, mom! You totally don't match!That doesn't go with that and......." "Okay!" said her mom." Can you just take the bus?" she squeaked.Ugh.Heidi didn't like the thought of the bus.I mean, there buses you had to pay for.$ 2.00 per person."Fine," stammered Heidi."But you have to give me the money." Her mother reached into her pocket and gave Heidi three coins.In Fanastyland, there was only coins."Here," she said."That should do.Now go along before your late."


When Heidi got to the bus stop, she was looking all around.Where are they?Maybe Hazel and Ruby went to my house on accident thinking that we'd drive them to school!Heidi panicked.She quickly took her cellphone out of her pocket and pressed 2.That was speed dial for Hazel.The phone ringed.No one."Hi!"said someone out of no where.Heidi turned around.It was Hazel."OH MY GOSH!You scared me!" Heidi squealed."Where's Ruby?" Hazel rolled her eyes."She's at the doctors.She twisted her ankle at the basketball game last night." Heidi gasped."I told her not to join the team!" Hazel stopped her from blaming the squad."It's okay.We'll just go to school without her."Heidi finally gave in."Fine." she said sadly.


When Heidi got in the school, she panicked more. "Where's my locker?!" Heidi yelled across the hallway. Heidi always got a new locker every year.Usually the best.This year, not so much."AHHH!".Heidi scream was so loud the kids upstairs could hear her."I got the locker next to the boy's bathroom!" Hazel murmured "Finally she gets the bad one.....". Heidi turned around. "You think this is funny?!" Hazel rolled her eyes. " Not again. You always fight with me about the dumbest things!" Uh-Oh. Hazel was moody. No stopping her now. "Fine!Leave me.I'm not your friend anymore!" Heidi sighed. What am I doing? No can replace her. My day is going......................Before she could finish her thought, she tripped to the ground."OWW!" Heidi yelped. "Sorry....". Can it be?A signal for a better day? Standing before her was a handsome new boy." I wasn't paying attention, and I must have lost my train of thought." Heidi stared into space."It's okay..." The words barely made it out of her mouth."So, your a new boy right?". Heidi couldn't stop staring at him. He is so perfect. Hazel eyes, shaggy brown hair, and beige skin........."Are you okay?" he asked as he helped her up. Heidi hesitated to answer."Ummm, yea, so, what's your name? Mine is Heidi." Heidi smiled sweetly."Jake." he replied."It's Jake."Heidi smiled again. "Well, that's a nice name." Heidi said behind her smile. Heidi could feel her heart pounding. She knew she liked him. RINNNGGGGG!!!!! Heidi put her hair behind her ears. "That's the bell. Do you think we can talk more at lunch?" "Sure, I have time.". Jake waved and left to his class.The same as Heidi's....................................


When all the students made their way to class, Heidi chose the seat in the back, saving a spot for Jake. Just as Jake walked in, a perky honey browned hair girl walked up to him. Heidi's smile, turned into a frown. The girl started talking to him. "So, your new?Don't worry, I'll make you noticable." Jake walked away while whispering,"Whatever." She curled her hair up and let it fall."He is going to be a hard one." A hard what? thought Heidi. The teacher inturupted her thoughts. "Everyone please take your seats." Jake hurried to Heidi. The girl didn't like Heidi sitting next to him."I'll take roll now," said the teacher. "By the way, my name is Mrs. Marks, your math teacher. Now. let's see. Heidi Lemonwhisk?" Heidi raised her hand up quickly. "Here!" Her and Jake glanced at each other. " Nicole Diamond?" Of course. That girl raised her hand. "Here." she said with a smirk. " Um, Jake Linley?" Jake raised his hand. "Present." When Mrs. Marks finished taking roll, she said for all the kids to stand up, for they were going to the library to get the math books. "You will take what I give you." she said before the kids made it into the library. One by one each student got their math books. " Are you sure you don't want me to show you around?" said Nicole, that girl. Jake looked annoyed. "Yes, I'm sure. Anyways, I already have someone to show me around." Heidi smiled. "Here you go," said Mrs. Marks. "The best math book.There in good condition." Nicole didn't like her book so much."I can't believe mine is so beat up." The class mates whispered all the way back to the class.
