I went to a famous heath spa here in Florida and was told to keep doing whatever I am doing as my skin is great for 59. and "by the way..what are you using?". I was asked.
Can I bottle up what I use and sell the lotion at flea markets and Leave my phone number if someone wants to buy more?
Is this legal?
Thanks for advise...
I mix up my own skin care lotion from ingredients that work for me. Everyone says my skin is great.?
Yes and no.
You can legally sell and advertise your product all you want, BUT be sure to keep all reciepts and such and get a business license (depending on your location).
Also, check out this website. It's similar to ebay but everything is handmade and has a much friendlier environment. Not to mention, the fees are so much lower than ebay. You can easily set up shop at this place, get yourself some free business cards from vistaprint.com, advertise and advertise and watch your business boom.

Reply:ask a police station cuz u can't just sell stuff like it's weed
Reply:i think it would be fine to sell at a flea market. people sell jam and eatable things at the market.. but you might have to list the ingredients for saftey
Reply:first of all, please tell me what you are using, second of all no, you have to own your own business and register for tax before doing that, of course you could just do it without telling anyone, how would the gov. find out??!!
Reply:Legal? Sure. But you are personally liable for any adverse reactions people may have to your concoction. You would be better off doing some easy paperwork and setting up an LLC corporation in Delaware. Then, no matter who sues your company, you can never be held liable. Of course the legality of selling your cream without FDA approval might change, I don't know corporate law that well.
btw I ahve it on excellent authority that 90% of all skin products are nothing but cold(?) creme and inactive ingredients.
