How come foxy brown gets placed in jail while lindsay lohan gets off the hook and britney's excused?

is it because foxy is less popular or because of her skin color?

Brown is serving a year at Rikers for violating her probation in a case stemming from a Manhattan fight she had with manicurists in a nail salon.





Authorities said Brown, whose real name is Inga Marchand, skipped her required anger management classes and traveled out of the city without permission.





Brown also refused to attend court in Brooklyn Oct. 12 after she was accused of throwing a cell phone at a neighbor who complained about the volume of her car radio in August. Four days later, she appeared in court and was arraigned on charges of assault, attempted assault, menacing and criminal possession of a weapon — the cell phone. She has pleaded not guilty.

She is a crazy, drug addicted, spoiled baby. She has been getting away for years. With just a smack on the hand. For crimes going back to her hey day. When she was still making hit records. Reply:You and I both know it's b/c she's black. I mean yes, Foxy Brown is violent, but Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan were drunk driving which KILLS. I don't think you should be questioning why Brown got placed in jail, any regular person like you and I would have gotten the same charge. What I really question is where is the justice in Lohan's and Spears' weak charges?
